The Admissions Representative plays a key role in the recruitment and enrollment process at the institution. They are responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information about programs, and assisting with application completion. The Admissions Representative represents the institution at recruitment events, such as college fairs and high school visits, and maintains relationships with high school counselors and community organizations. This position requires a strong commitment to student success and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with prospective students regarding programs, admissions requirements, application procedures, and enrollment deadlines. Conduct campus tours and informational sessions for prospective students and their families. Represent the institution at college fairs, high school visits, and other recruitment events. Develop and maintain relationships with high school counselors and community organizations. Evaluate applications for admission and make admissions decisions in accordance with institutional policies. Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students, families, and other stakeholders. Work closely with Financial Aid and other campus departments to help ensure a smooth transition from applicant to enrolled student. Maintain accurate and complete records of prospective student interactions, application progress, and enrollment activity within the institution's student information and/or CRM systems.Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. Knowledge of higher education admissions processes and regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Ability to travel and work evenings and weekends as needed.Application Requirements:
