(S) : Administrator, Asst. Administrator
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing preferred
OR L.P.N.
license.
Experience:
At least one year of long term care marketing experience preferred.
SPECIAL DEMANDS
: Must be a team player; possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, regulatory agencies and the general public. Also, to demonstrate relationship building skills with Case Managers, Social Workers, Nurses, Physicians, and other referral sources needed to maintain facility census goals.
JOB KNOWLEDGE
: Possess a strong knowledge base of admission criteria as it relates to payor sources, insurances, diagnosis, disease processes, pharmacological knowledge, therapy length of stays, and current regulations of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance requirements; ability to identify problems and needs in order to formulate and implement appropriate interventions that promote the highest quality of care and facility image.
STANDARDS
: Adhere to all health and safety standards demonstrating the knowledge and ability to meet STATE, FEDERAL, and OSHA regulations.

Day shift: From 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. with flexibility to work weekends.
