MEDICAL SCHOOL-ADMINISTRATION/ Job Summary/Basic Functions Working under the broad supervision of the Associate Dean for Alumni Affairs and Development, the Director of Alumni Engagement and Development provides strategic direction and operational management for constituent engagement programs in the Office of Alumni Affairs. The position manages key programs including alumni reunions, the Committee of 100, fundraising communications, digital engagement, and alumni database systems to strengthen relationships and increase philanthropic support. Under the guidance of the Associate Dean for Alumni Affairs and Development, the director develops and implements strategic initiatives that advance alumni engagement, donor participation, and the long-term goals of the School of Medicine.
Minimum Qualifications Required Education:
Bachelor's Number of years required to perform the job: 5 Type of experience required to perform the job: Professional level experience, to include progressively increasing responsibility in constituent relations, engagement, membership, community relations, fundraising, or relevant activities.
