Job Description
The Director of Admissions plays a pivotal role in achieving enrollment and revenue targets by driving referrals, conducting community outreach, and event planning. The position requires incredible soft skills to create relationships and deliver high-quality service to families, ensuring a positive experience and fostering lasting engagement with Bridgeview Montessori School. The ideal candidate brings relevant experience, is aligned with our mission, thriving in a proactive, collaborative, and performance-driven environment. Drive word-of-mouth referrals. Use those to drive tours, applications, enrollment. Maintain a healthy waitlist. Develop outreach strategies. Plan engaging curated community events. Own prospecting, outreach, enrollment metrics. Network with other admissions directors. Forecast enrollment, track and analyze performance. Maximize family engagement. Help develop marketing efforts and maximize lead generation efforts. Utilize or create systems to ensure consistent and efficient outreach and accurate records. Stay informed about trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in admissions. Collaborate with HOS to support operational needs, problem-solve challenges, ensure alignment with/ school initiatives. Maintain a presence in community outreach activities to increase our exposure. Create an environment that delivers a premium experience for staff, students, families, and professional partners. Be a great Bridgeview Ambassador at all times. Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in education, marketing, communications, business, or related field. Previous experience in outreach, consultative sales, business development, and/or event planning. Previous experience in a Montessori school ideal. Demonstrated success meeting enrollment targets in a performance-driven environment. Experience in behavioral health, education, community engagement a plus Some sales experience (from inquiry through enrollment) preferred. Experience and ideas for building and maintaining professional referral networks to drive school growth. Able to build rapport and strong relationships with diverse audiences, representing the school. Proficient in data analysis and reporting to leverage insights, inform decision-making and improve performance. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, w/ the confidence to take initiative and adapt to challenges. Able to navigate challenges professionally. Proficiency with Google Suites, Word, Excel ) Core competencies: adaptable, authentic, detail oriented, goal focused, high relationship drive, humility, sales performance 'mindset', self-driven, strategic thinker, team-player, multi-tasker!
