Job Description
Admissions Representative — Cosmetology School About Us Hair Academy II is a licensed and accredited career cosmetology school offering programs in Cosmetology, Barbering, and Esthetics. We train students for state licensure and careers in the beauty industry. Our campus is conveniently located at Iverson Mall with easy access to public transportation. The Role We're hiring an Admissions Representative to be the first point of contact for prospective students. You'll handle inquiries, give campus tours, guide applicants through enrollment, and help people take the first step toward a licensed career. You'll report to the Director of Admissions. What You'll Do Respond to phone, email, text, and walk-in inquiries same-day Conduct campus tours and interviews with prospective students Explain program options, schedules, costs, and financial aid basics Guide applicants through the enrollment paperwork and ensure files are complete and accurate Follow up consistently with leads until a decision is made Support recruitment events, high school visits, and open houses Meet monthly enrollment goals What You Need High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's preferred Strong phone and follow-up skills — this role lives on the phone Professional presentation and the ability to build trust quickly Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Nice to Have Experience at a career, trade, or beauty school Familiarity with Title IV financial aid Cosmetology, barbering, or esthetics background Experience in sales, customer service, or recruiting Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM.
