Varsity Athletics Team Manager, Men's Basketball Revision Dates:

Duration of Appointment:

August 5, 2026 to May 25, 2027

Evaluation Procedures:

Student workers are evaluated on a continuous basis.

Scope:

Provide support for assigned Varsity team during practices, games and events.

Responsibilities:

Attend practice and assist coaches with any items necessary Run the clock during practices Assist with equipment hand out Travel to away contests Keep scorebook during games Assist with Social Media accounts

Schedule:

20 hours max a week, must have availability from 6-8AM or 4-8:30PM depending on schedule, must be available on weekends Must be able to attend away contests Must be available during

January Term Requirements:

Qualifications:

Current student at McDaniel College Highly organized and detail oriented Knowledge of the rules of assigned sport Discretion and reliability in sensitive and confidential matters are vital

Physical Characteristics:

This position requires some physical activity. This position does have some lifting involved but not more than 30 pounds at a time. The overall setting of the job is in the gymnasium.
