Job Description

Position Title:
KVCC Enrollment Navigator Salary Range:
Salary and benefits commensurate with the Agreement between the MCCS Trustees and the MEA Administrators Unit. Currently pending classification, the position expects to pay in the vicinity of $36,672.06 - $46,455.08.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years of office experience preferred.
Responsibilities :
Serve as a frontline representative for the Enrollment Services Center. Provide guidance regarding admissions, transcripts, residency requirements, registration, onboarding, and financial aid processes. Assist students in navigating enrollment systems and troubleshooting account or registration issues. Deliver responsive support through in-person, phone, email, chat, and text communication. Triage student concerns and connect students with appropriate campus departments and resources. Maintain accurate student records within the Student Information System (SIS). Collaborate with Admissions, Advising, Financial Aid, and Registrar staff to support seamless student experiences. Ensure compliance with FERPA regulations and institutional policies.
