Job Description

Position Title:
KVCC Assistant Dean of Enrollment Bargaining Unit/Salary Level:
Salary and benefits commensurate with the Agreement between the MCCS Trustees and the MEA Administrators Unit as a Level 5. Salary range is $60,776.11 to 79,299.06.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Higher Education Administration, Marketing, Communications, Student Affairs or a related field; 3 years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, recruitment, student services or a related field.
Responsibilities:
The Assistant Dean of Enrollment provides strategic leadership and operational management for student recruitment, admissions, enrollment planning, and retention initiatives. Working closely with the Dean of Enrollment and institutional leadership, this position develops and implements enrollment strategies designed to meet institutional goals for student population growth, diversity, academic quality, and revenue objectives. The Assistant Dean oversees admissions processes, recruitment efforts, and fosters relationships with prospective students, families, schools, and community partners. Finally, this position will maintain a relationship with high school guidance and career and technical centers in support of dual and concurrent enrollment courses.
