Flint Community Schools The Director of Community Education & Athletics will lead and oversee the comprehensive community education and athletic programs. This position plays a pivotal role in enhancing the educational experience and well-being of students and community members through engaging, inclusive, and enriching programs. Salary & Benefits:
Starting Administrative Salary Schedule:
$97,135.00 Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. Employees shall be subject to the co-payment of health care costs equal to the difference between the premium cost and the annual cost limitation imposed on public employers.
Education:
Master's degree preferred. Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Education, or related field required. Valid Michigan Teacher certification preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in education administration, community education programming, or athletic program management required. Experience in grant management preferred.
