NCI provides supports for individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health diagnosis & traumatic brain injuries in the south metro area. Duties will include, but are not limited to; Report writing Team meetings Handling emergency situations Direct care support Staff training and supervision Annual paperwork File audits Maltreatment internal investigations and reports Staffing support Qualifications needed include a 4 year degree in the Human Services field (or 4 years of full time experience in the human services field), 2 years experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or mental illness & 3 years of supervisory experience in the human services field. Extensive experience with high medical needs is required. This position requires availability to provide additional direct care support with individuals served as needed, which may include evenings and weekends. This position also requires availability to address emergency situations as they arise, which also may include evenings and weekends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to problem solve & multi-task are also required. This position offers a competitive wage & benefits.
