Outcomes, Inc. is seeking a Director of Residential Services to provide oversight of three residential programs. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader looking to advance their career without being buried in daily scheduling and staffing challenges. Each home is supported by an experienced House Manager who oversees day-to-day operations and staffing, allowing the Director to focus on leadership, compliance, quality, and program performance. What You'll Do Lead and support three residential programs. Supervise and mentor House Managers. Ensure compliance with 245D and ICF/IID regulations. Maintain survey and licensing readiness. Oversee quality assurance, incident management, and risk reduction. Support admissions, census growth, and stakeholder relationships. Drive operational improvements and positive outcomes for those we serve. What We're Looking For Leadership experience in residential, disability, healthcare, or human services. Knowledge of 245D, ICF/IID, or related regulatory environments preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered. QIDP qualifications a plus. Why Outcomes?
