Full Job Description Description:
This role is required to fulfill duties related to any of InCred's functional areas, including international document review, customer relations, and preparation of international credential evaluations. This person will complete the preliminary stages of credential evaluations, process documents, ready applications for the next evaluation steps, and respond to inquiries from institutional staff as well as applicants and their families or representatives. About InCred InCred offers international academic credential services to students outside of the United States. Our skilled staff of trained academic credential evaluators provide foreign students basic statement comparability, course-by-course evaluations, athletic eligibility addendums and certified copies of your academic records.
Responsibilities:
Process international academic records, readying applications for next steps. Review incoming student applications, including personal and demographic details, academic records, and educational history. Respond to telephone and electronic inquiries from a wide variety of stakeholders and colleagues. Report suspected fraud to supervisor. Regularly meet and exceed team and individual processing goals. Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or comparable experience (relevant area of study or experience preferred) Attention to detail, time management, goal-oriented, initiative, flexibility, and professionalism Strong oral and written communication skills Willingness to contribute to a team's success Ability to handle student academic records and other sensitive information in confidence and follow all student data protection regulations and laws. Foreign-language proficiency preferred
