Potential applicants must be a student-oriented individual that exhibits a strong sense of dedication, good work habits, and possess strong people skills. The Head Resident is responsible for overseeing residents and supporting the day-to-day operation of Poplarville Campus residence halls. Head Resident serves as a visible and approachable leader who promotes community standards, leads and supervises resident assistants (RAs), addresses resident concerns, and helps ensure the residence halls operate effectively.
