Alexander Paul Institute of Hair Design is seeking an Admissions Advisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of future beauty professionals while working in a positive and student-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, providing information about our programs, admissions process, and campus culture. Conduct admissions interviews, campus tours, and information sessions. Guide applicants through the enrollment process, including application paperwork, essay submissions, and financial aid coordination. Maintain accurate and timely communication with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and follow-ups. Track prospective student progress and maintain records in the admissions database. Collaborate with the admissions and marketing team on outreach initiatives and events.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Friendly, approachable, and passionate about student success. Previous experience in admissions, sales, customer service, or education is preferred but not required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time, 40 hours per week. Flexible scheduling, including occasional evenings or weekends for events. Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
