Carolina Caring is seeking a Referral Navigator to join our compassionate, mission-driven team! In this rewarding role, you'll serve as a vital connection between patients, families, referral partners, and our clinical teams, helping ensure timely access to Hospice, Palliative Medicine, House Calls, and Cardinal Kids services. As the first point of contact for many patients, you'll coordinate referrals, obtain physician orders, verify insurance benefits, schedule admissions and consultations, and ensure accurate documentation in our electronic medical record. If you're organized, detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others, we'd love to hear from you.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:30 a.m.-6 p.m. Rotating every 9th Saturday , 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Status:
Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Education:
Minimum of a high school diploma. Associate degree in Business Technology, Administrative Office Technology, Secretarial Technology, or related field preferred.
Experience:
Two to three years of experience in related activities preferred. Must be capable of performing job responsibilities.
