Full Job Description Admissions Representative Location:
Gwinnett Institute Raleigh Campus Gwinnett is seeking a motivated and student-focused Admissions Representative to guide prospective students in making informed decisions about their education. This full-time role involves conducting career planning sessions, addressing student concerns, and supporting the enrollment process while adhering to the highest ethical standards.Key Responsibilities:
Must be willing to make high volume of outreach to prospects using CRM. Phone calls, texts and emails. Conduct interviews with potential students to match with the appropriate program. Conduct tours of campus. Assist prospective students with enrollment decisions and paperwork. Collaborate with financial services to address financial concerns. Provide outstanding customer service to new enrollments through New Student Orientation and class start.Qualifications:
Associate's degree preferred (or relevant experience). Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills. Results-driven, detail orientated and team player. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Sales background (preferred). Join our team and help students achieve their career goals!Example Schedule:
Two Day Shifts- 9 AM
- 7 PM Two Evening Shifts
- 10 AM
