Job Description

Position:
Premier Goal Keeper Coach We are looking for a Premier Goal Keeper Coach for
U9 - U16
travel teams on Monday nights at Eaton Fields / Ogden Park. Nights could be flexible based on applicants availability. Our ideal candidate should have a passion for the sport and a strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with players of all ages. The person will be responsible for developing practice plans, leading drills, and providing feedback to players on their performance. The successful candidate will also be expected to foster a positive team environment and promote good sportsmanship. A background check and online training on Safe sport, concussion protocol and sudden cardiac arrest is required.
Responsibilities:
Teach and motivate players to reach their full potential. Develop and implement practice plans and drills. Provide instruction on proper goal keeping techniques and tactics. Develop goal keeper strategies for game situations. Monitor player performance and provide feedback. Communicate with parents and guardians.
Preferred status:
Previous soccer playing experience at a college or pro level. USSF D License or higher and/ or previous coaching experience. Please send resume or inquire to admin@wilmingtonunited.com
