A Dean of Academic Affairs oversees academic programs at a college or university, at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Makes decisions and recommendations to institutional leadership regarding academic course schedules, faculty, and space allocation; oversees budgeting for academic departments.
Responsible for providing administrative direction and leadership for Business & Humanities within Academic Affairs. Supervises faculty and staff, provides leadership in the development and implementation of academic activities such as curriculum development, course scheduling, and dual credit, is responsible for hiring of faculty, and assists the Vice President with faculty and student issues. The position will be located in McCook, with travel between campuses required.

Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree required; Ph.D. preferred. Two years of teaching experience and two years of supervisory work experience are required. The successful candidate should be an innovative and creative thinker with strong organizational and communication skills. The ability to communicate in multiple languages is helpful.
