Immediately Job Description This is a year-round, full-time position on the WVBBTS Administrative team, reporting to the Executive Director. This is a wide-ranging position that will work closely with the Executive Director and other staff to accomplish the organization's fundraising, recruitment, and retention goals.Job Summary:
The Director of Development and Admissions is responsible for the overall fundraising efforts of the organization and overseeing the admissions process. Services include Donor and Alumni outreach, prepare and present regular reports on progress towards fundraising goals. Manage grant writing and identification of new grant opportunities. Generate donor communications, newsletters, and annual reports. Plan and execute special events, community and business outreach, new student recruitment, pre-admissions advising, current student retention, and completing any tasks that align with the marketing and recruitment plan. The Director of Development and Admissions will work as a together with the Head of School and the marketing team in developing and implementing fundraising, marketing and recruitment strategies. Duties & Responsibilities Development- Create and implement fundraising campaigns (annual fund, capitol campaigns, scholarship, endowment)
- Coordinate and help create marketing and print materials for campaigns
- Alumni outreach
- Maintain fundraising and alumni database
- Enter and track donations
- Plan, implement and track sponsorships
- Plan and implement on and off snow fundraising social events with support of the Community Engagement committee Admissions and Recruiting oThe Director of admissions facilitates consistent delivery of outreach and admissions services.
