We offer after-school programs, camps, and competition training (VEX, FLL), empowering students with hands-on learning and innovation. Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Center Manager to oversee daily operations, drive enrollments, and ensure high-quality program delivery at our STEM learning center. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, sales, and operational management skills. Key Responsibilities Operations Management Oversee day-to-day center operations and ensure smooth functioning Maintain high standards of student experience and parent satisfaction Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines Sales & Revenue Growth Drive student enrollments and achieve monthly revenue targets Manage lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions Build partnerships with schools and local communities Team Management Recruit, train, and manage instructors and support staff Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback Create a positive and motivating work environment Program Delivery & Quality Ensure effective delivery of robotics, coding, and STEM programs Monitor class quality and student progress Coordinate events, workshops, and competitions Customer Relationship Management Address parent queries and ensure high satisfaction levels Build long-term relationships with students and families Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field 3+ years of experience in center management, education, or sales-driven roles Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Experience in EdTech/STEM education (preferred)
