Essential Function/Responsibilities:

Ensuring patients and families have a positive patient experience by exhibiting PRIDE behaviors, rounding, collaboration, teamwork and a positive attitude. Good communication skills/customer service. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have positive customer service skills. Answering call bells and telephones using proper phone etiquette. Attending to the functions of the unit, bed assignments, working with the nurses, nursing assistants, and leadership to promote a positive patient experience.

Required:

High School Diploma or GED Preferred:

1 year in healthcare, preferably an acute care setting Prior Unit Associate experience strongly preferred Ability to multi-task Excellent communiation skills
