Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Regional Admissions Director to oversee admissions operations across our facilities. This role supports and provides backup coverage for our facility-level Admissions Directors — including hands-on, in-facility coverage when needed — while ensuring admissions processes run smoothly, accurately, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards. What You'll Do Oversee and ensure the accuracy of all NRIs and related admission documentation Thoroughly review referrals to verify days used, payer source, and authorization details Obtain and maintain signed admission agreements for all admissions, ensuring completion within 24-48 hours of admission Maintain and properly utilize the admissions software system, keeping all records accurate and up to date Process carve-out authorizations accurately and on time Provide training, education, and ongoing monitoring for admissions staff to ensure compliance with facility standards Step in to provide coverage and support for Admissions Directors during absences, including on-site presence as needed Maintain a professional, respectful environment for residents, families, staff, and visitors Support facility Residents' Rights policies and protect the confidentiality of resident and facility information Take on Quality Assurance responsibilities as assigned What We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree in Accounting or a related field preferred 1+ year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-up Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English Computer literate, with experience in Word, Outlook, and Excel; CRM database experience a plus Ability to work independently with flexibility, integrity, and discretion Willingness to work beyond normal hours, including weekends and holidays, when necessary Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a professional appearance Benefits Competitive pay 401(k) Full health insurance A warm, family-oriented culture
