Admissions Director Albuquerque, NM | Inpatient Psychiatry $95,000-$105,000 Base Salary About the Role A growing inpatient psychiatric facility in Albuquerque is looking for an experienced Admissions Director to lead and oversee the admissions process. This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring a smooth, efficient admissions experience while working closely with clinical teams, referral sources, hospitals, and other community partners. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day admissions process and admissions team Ensure timely and appropriate intake and placement of patients Coordinate closely with clinical, nursing, and medical teams Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, providers, and referral sources Help drive admissions growth and strengthen referral relationships Ensure admissions processes follow organizational policies and regulatory requirements Monitor admissions volume, trends, and performance Identify opportunities to improve workflow, communication, and efficiency Provide leadership, support, and accountability to the admissions team Participate in an on-call rotation / provide ongoing on-call availability as needed Qualifications Active LMSW, LCSW, LPCC, or RN license Experience in inpatient psychiatric or behavioral health settings Previous admissions, intake, or behavioral health leadership experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and leadership skills Schedule & Compensation Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM On-call availability required $95,000-$105,000 base salary Full-time leadership opportunity
