Salary:
$38,000- 40,000 plus benefits.
Responsibilities include:
Reception- manage the front desk, greet and direct visitors, process admission and memberships, etc. Track and report admissions and event participation. Sales
- manage gift shop sales, on-site class and event registration, including credit card and cash transactions, and process donations in our CRM system. Membership
- using our Neon CRM system, identify and communicate with expiring members, process new and renewing members, and handle all communication and benefits deliverables. Review current membership materials and identify opportunities to improve and expand the membership program, including reconfiguring benefits and communication strategies. Administrative Support
- work closely with all staff to provide support with projects and programs.
Pay:
$38,000.00- $40,000.
