We're looking for an organized and collaborative Coordinator, Student Affairs to help support student success and the day-to-day operations of a dynamic Student Affairs division. In this role, you'll partner with campus stakeholders, manage administrative and financial processes, coordinate student engagement initiatives, and help create a positive, student-centered campus experience.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate Student Affairs operations, including administrative support, budgeting, purchasing, compliance, and financial processes. Lead the administration of student engagement programs and platforms while supporting campus events, orientation, commencement, and other student initiatives. Supervise graduate assistants and student employees, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, training, and timesheet approvals. Manage student compliance processes, divisional programs, and operational initiatives while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery. Build strong relationships with students, faculty, staff, campus partners, and external vendors to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's Degree. 2+ years of experience in administrative, organizational, and project management 2+ years of professional experience in higher education, administration, student affairs, operations, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in coordinating multiple projects, programs, or administrative processes simultaneously.
