About Us Infinite Academics is a leading tutoring and academic support company helping high school and college students excel. We provide personalized tutoring, test prep, and academic coaching 7 days a week. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality support and creating long-term impact for students and families. This is a 5-day-a-week schedule: weekday shifts run from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and weekend shifts run from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Position Summary We are hiring a Front Desk Specialist to join our in-person team in Brooklyn. In this dynamic, full-time role, you'll serve as a primary point of contact for families—managing student progress, overseeing schedules, and driving enrollments through effective communication and sales. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in client service , who is passionate about education and excels at building relationships. Key Responsibilities Sales & Enrollment Speak with prospective families via phone, email, and in person Confidently explain our services and program offerings Follow up with leads and close enrollments Achieve monthly sales and conversion goals Support retention through strong relationship management Scheduling & Coordination Coordinate logistics between students, tutors, and families Resolve scheduling conflicts with professionalism Client & Student Support Monitor student progress and academic performance Provide regular progress updates to families Support student accountability and engagement Administrative Operations Maintain accurate student records and enrollment data Grade practice tests and assignments as needed Keep classrooms and offices clean, organized, and fully stocked Qualifications 1+ year of client-facing experience required Fluent in Russian (additional languages a plus) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Confident, friendly, and goal-oriented Experience in education or tutoring environments is a plus Compensation & Benefits $22/hour base pay Annual salary starting from $55,000 Commission on enrollments and renewals Training and mentorship provided Career growth opportunities Work with a mission-driven, supportive team Paid time off (PTO) Health insurance Percentage-based commission on sales
