Up to $125,000 annually (based on experience) Full-Time | Leadership Opportunity | Comprehensive Benefits The Paramount at Somers Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Staff Staff Educator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and leading clinical education, staff training, onboarding, competency programs, and ongoing professional development for nursing staff. This position plays a vital role in ensuring clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and continued staff growth within our skilled nursing facility.
