Requirements Bachelor's degree or significant commensurate experience 5+ years of operational leadership experience, preferably as a Campus-based Director Knowledge of key departments of which a post-secondary campus is comprised (Admissions, Administration, Business Office, Financial Aid, Career Services, Education, Student Services, and Facilities) Responsibilities Have full responsibility and accountability for the educational performance of the campus within the framework of operations and policy guidelines Establish an annual budget for the campus Recruit and manage all directly supervised personnel Have full accountability for establishing and ensuring that the faculty and other educational staff follow their job descriptions to the highest performance standards Ensure a practical orientation for all new hires at the campus Represent the campus in the community In conjunction with the faculty and other staff, establish active and functioning Advisory Boards and a Student Council Ensure that
