In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in our management team, providing strategic leadership and direction to the campus. We're seeking someone with a profound understanding of the educational landscape and a proven track record of leading large teams in a growth-oriented environment. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with governmental and accreditation standards, all while upholding our mission to both students and faculty. From overseeing academic activities to providing visionary leadership, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our campus and the lives of countless individuals! Requirements Bachelor's degree or significant commensurate experience 5+ years of operational leadership experience, preferably as a Campus-based Director Knowledge of key departments of which a post-secondary campus is comprised (Admissions, Administration, Business Office, Financial Aid, Career Services, Education, Student Services, and Facilities) Responsibilities Have full responsibility and accountability for the educational performance of the campus within the framework of operations and policy guidelines Establish an annual budget for the campus Recruit and manage all directly supervised personnel Have full accountability for establishing and ensuring that the faculty and other educational staff follow their job descriptions to the highest performance standards Ensure a practical orientation for all new hires at the campus Represent the campus in the community In conjunction with the faculty and other staff, establish active and functioning Advisory Boards and a Student Council Ensure that

requirements for safety are in place and followed Provide direction via Executive Team Meetings and serves as the liaison for Executive Team members Maintain compliance with educational criteria, accreditation, and curriculum standards Plan and coordinate accreditation changes, updates, and renewals Oversee curriculum implementation for new curriculum development and maintains existing curriculum Organize and supervise all critical school functions Full Time Medical, Dental, Vision Life and Disability Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off and Holidays Growth Opportunities About Us For 80 years Lincoln Tech has been one of the nation's leading providers of career training in Healthcare, Automotive/Diesel, Skilled Trades, Information Technology.
