Director of Residential Services Are you a passionate leader who believes individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities deserve the highest quality of care and opportunity? At Greystone Programs, we provide residential services grounded in therapeutic ABA principles, and we're looking for a Director of Residential Services to lead this critical work. As our Director, you will guide residential teams, mentor leaders, and ensure services not only meet but exceed OPWDD standards. What You'll Do:

Lead and inspire residential teams to deliver exceptional care. Ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations while maintaining a therapeutic, person-centered environment. Promote professional development and training for staff. Collaborate across departments to improve operations and service delivery. Provide flexible support, including participation in on-call responsibilities.
