Back to Jobs Group Alumnae Relations Manager Clock Full Time Cross Beaumont School Fill 1100 Cleveland Heights, OH Alumnae Relations Manager Beaumont School | Cleveland, Ohio Full-Time | Year-Round | Exempt Position Summary Beaumont School is seeking an enthusiastic and relationship-driven Alumnae Relations Manager to strengthen lifelong connections between the school and its more than 7,000 living alumnae. This position leads alumnae engagement through meaningful events, communications, volunteer opportunities, and philanthropic initiatives while supporting the mission of Beaumont School and its Advancement Office. The ideal candidate is a highly organized professional with outstanding communication skills, a passion for relationship-building, and a commitment to the values of Catholic education and the Ursuline tradition. About Beaumont School Founded in 1850, Beaumont School is the oldest school in the Diocese of Cleveland and the oldest all-girls secondary school in Greater Cleveland. Inspired by Saint Angela Merici, Beaumont provides a college preparatory and International Baccalaureate liberal arts education that empowers young women for leadership, service, and lifelong learning in a diverse and faith-filled community. Essential Responsibilities Alumnae Engagement Plan and coordinate a comprehensive annual calendar of alumnae events and activities. Lead planning and execution of Beaumont's annual Reunion celebrations. Organize regional alumnae engagement events to strengthen connections beyond campus. Recruit, support, and communicate with Class Representatives. Maintain accurate alumnae records through ongoing outreach and relationship management. Communications & Advancement Develop alumnae communications including email campaigns, social media content, print materials, and class updates. Assist with Reunion giving initiatives and other advancement activities in collaboration with the Director of Advancement. Support fundraising, donor stewardship, and institutional advancement efforts. Coordinate with the President, Advancement Office, Admissions, and Enrichment Office to support legacy recruitment and school initiatives. Administration Manage the alumnae relations budget. Build and implement new engagement programs and opportunities. Work collaboratively across departments while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Travel as needed and participate in evening and weekend events. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree. Minimum of four years of successful experience in development, advancement, alumni relations, or a related field. Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities. Respect for the mission of Catholic education and the Ursuline tradition. Preferred Experience using Blackbaud Raiser's Edge or a comparable donor management database. Mail merge and database management experience. Experience planning events and managing volunteers.
