Key Duties and Responsibilities Serve as a first point of contact by answering phones and responding to inquiries from prospective families in a friendly, timely, and professional manner Enter and manage prospective family information in the admissions database and CRM with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Track and manage leads to ensure consistent follow-up and strong communication throughout the admissions process Schedule and coordinate school tours, gifted testing, and admissions-related appointments Support and represent the school at community events , including staffing tables, handing out flyers, sharing information, and engaging directly with prospective families Assist with outreach focused on early childhood and kindergarten enrollment , including representing Menlo Park and building relationships with preschools, libraries, recreation centers, and other community partners. This may include proactively reaching out via email, phone, or in person to community partners. Help organize and execute open houses, tours, and admissions events that bring families into the buildingProvide clear, consistent communication via phone, email, and in person to guide families through the admissions process Help maintain organized systems, documentation, and tracking related to admissions activity Desired Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree, preferred, with 0-3 years of relevant experience. Excellent computer skills, and proven experience with Google Business Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet), and Windows. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and phone skills, with a proven ability to communicate and work collaboratively. Proven organizational skills, self-starter, and an ability to follow through on assignments. Travel to Cleveland and its outreaching suburbs required. Must be able to drive. Evening and weekend hours required for recurring Admissions events. Why Menlo Park Academy?
