Dublin Post Acute is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Admissions Director to lead our census development efforts and manage the admissions process. This role is key in building strong referral relationships, coordinating admissions, and ensuring a smooth transition for residents into our facility.

Responsibilities:

Manage the entire admissions process from referral to admission Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, and referral sources Conduct facility tours for prospective residents and families Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure appropriate admissions Verify insurance coverage and collaborate with billing as needed Track and report census, referral activity, and conversion rates Participate in marketing and community outreach efforts Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards

Qualifications:

Previous experience in admissions, marketing, or healthcare preferred (LTC/SNF strongly preferred) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance processes Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Goal-oriented with a focus on census growth
