Job Summary To disciple students into a growing relationship with Jesus, integrate them into the life of the church, and develop future leaders who will pursue one more person finding their way into God's Kingdom. Measurable Outcomes Student attendance and engagement remain healthy and trend upward where possible. A strong percentage of students are in relational discipleship environments. Students increasingly serve in the church and take ownership. A pipeline of student leaders and adult volunteers is being developed. Key Responsibilities Lead weekly student gatherings and discipleship environments. Build and care for volunteer leaders and small-group leaders. Partner with parents as primary disciplers. Create student next-step pathways into serving, leadership, mission, and baptism. Ensure student ministry aligns with the church's overall mission and pathway. Annual Wins More students taking real next steps with Jesus. Stronger adult volunteer leadership capacity. Better integration between student ministry and whole-church life.
