  • Admissions for our Perrysburg campus.
This role combines college admissions, student recruitment, enrollment, student services, and campus leadership and offers a potential path toward future Campus Director-level responsibility . We are looking for a motivated, professional, hands-on individual with experience in college admissions, enrollment, recruiting, sales, student services, education, administration, or leadership who is ready to take on broader responsibility. You do not need to have previously worked as a Campus Director. We are looking for someone who is organized, strong at follow-up, comfortable working with people, and ready to take ownership of both admissions activity and day-to-day campus responsibilities. Admissions & Enrollment Respond promptly to prospective student inquiries and admissions leads. Speak with prospective students and families about Orion Institute's programs and educational opportunities. Conduct admissions appointments, campus tours, and Professional College Advisory Sessions. Guide prospective students through the admissions and enrollment process. Follow up consistently with applicants from initial inquiry through scheduled start. Assist applicants with admissions paperwork and next steps. Track leads, applications, projected enrollments, student starts, and follow-up activity. Help generate student leads through community outreach, career fairs, schools, organizations, digital marketing, social media, and other recruiting activities. Coordinate with Career & Student Services to help incoming students complete pre-start requirements. Maintain accurate admissions records and provide regular enrollment reporting. Campus Leadership Assist with the daily operation and leadership of the Perrysburg campus. Serve as a key on-site leader for students and staff. Help coordinate communication and follow-up across campus departments. Assist with student concerns, staff matters, facilities, vendors, and operational needs. Help maintain a professional, accountable, and student-focused campus environment. Support staff follow-through and operational accountability. Assist with campus records, reporting, audits, accreditation activities, regulatory requirements, and site visits. Coordinate with vendors, consultants, contractors, and other organizations supporting campus operations. Serve as the primary on-site administrative leader when delegated or when the Director of Operations / Campus Director is off-site. Excellent follow-up and organization. Confidence speaking with prospective students and families. Ability to build relationships and guide individuals through a decision-making and enrollment process. Strong customer-service skills. Leadership ability and willingness to take ownership. Good judgment and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and documentation. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability and willingness to work full-time on campus in Perrysburg, Ohio. Preferred, But Not Required Higher education, career education, vocational education, or technical school experience. College admissions or enrollment management experience. Experience as an Admissions Representative, Admissions Advisor, Admissions Manager, Director of Admissions, Student Services Coordinator, Assistant Director, or similar role. Supervisory or management experience. CRM or student information system experience. Lead generation, recruiting, marketing, or community outreach experience. Familiarity with Title IV financial aid. Accreditation, compliance, audit, or regulatory experience. ACCSC or Ohio career-school experience. Career college experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with strong backgrounds in admissions, recruiting, sales, student services, education, administration, or leadership are encouraged to apply.
