OU Office of Admissions & Recruitment (OAR) works to bring in the next generation of Sooners. Our team operates from Norman as well as across the state, nation and world. We provide support to incoming domestic and international freshman and transfer students as they navigate the college application and decision process. Additionally, we partner with parents, counselors, and communities in providing resources to students interested in higher education. Our goal is to build a vibrant community with limitless potential by recruiting the most academically qualified students with a variety of educational, service, involvement and community experiences.We Need Someone Who Exhibits:

Make phone calls to prospective high school students. Connect with prospective students and demonstrate enthusiasm about the University of Oklahoma. Encourage prospective students to complete specific actions throughout the year that will be determined by the call campaign provided (to apply, to submit their enrollment deposit, to register for an event, etc.). Other duties as assigned. This is NOT a fundraising position. Student will have the option of days and hours they would like to work. Pending ongoing enrollment, the student can remain employed until graduation. Hours for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 will be 2-8pm. We are looking for students to work 8 to 20 hours per week starting in Fall 2026 forward.Required Education and Education:
Must be currently enrolled in the Fall 2026 Term as an undergraduate student at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status. Must attach Fall 2026 OU class scheduleSkills:
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, especially over the phone, and answer questions about the University. Must be able to collaborate and get along with a team.Required Certifications and Licenses:
