- $23 an hour 23 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Computer literacy Full Job Description Admissions Coordinator Northwest Care Academy We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Admissions Coordinator to assist with student enrollment, payments, communication, and general office support. Responsibilities
- Respond to new student inquiries and referrals
- Follow up with prospective students by phone, text, and email
- Schedule appointments, tours, and enrollment meetings
- Follow up on student and employment applications
- Help students complete enrollment paperwork
- Prepare, print, and organize student packets
- Maintain student files and enrollment records
- Create invoices and send payment links
- Enter and process student payments through Stripe
- Track payment plans and outstanding student balances
- Follow up with students regarding payments and missing paperwork
- Enter information into computer systems and online programs
- Assist with website inquiries and basic website updates
- Greet students and visitors
- Assist with open houses, marketing, outreach, and student recruitment
- Provide general administrative and front-office support Qualifications
- Strong computer skills are required
- Comfortable using websites, email, and online systems
- Comfortable using Stripe or similar payment-processing systems
- Able to create invoices and send payment links
- Experience printing, scanning, uploading, saving, and organizing documents
- Strong phone and customer-service skills
- Excellent organization and follow-through
- Able to manage several tasks and student follow-ups at the same time
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Friendly, positive, welcoming, and helpful personality is a must
- Previous admissions, office, receptionist, administrative, or customer-service experience preferred
