Job Description

Eastern Oregon University (EOU) invites applications for the position of Director of Admissions. Located in the scenic Blue Mountains of Eastern Oregon, EOU is committed to student success, access, innovation, and community engagement. The Director of Admissions provides strategic leadership for undergraduate recruitment and admissions operations while helping shape the future of enrollment growth and student engagement at the university. The Director of Admissions leads the university?s undergraduate recruitment and admissions efforts for first-year and transfer students, including domestic and international populations. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic enrollment initiatives designed to convert prospective students into applicants and admitted students into enrolled Mountaineers. Reporting to the Executive Director of Enrollment Management, the Director of Admissions oversees recruitment strategy, admissions communications, staff supervision, enrollment forecasting, and relationship management in support of institutional enrollment goals.
