When position is filled This leadership position is responsible for providing vision and direction for all athletic programs while ensuring a positive, safe, and competitive experience for our student-athletes. The Athletic Director works closely with coaches, administrators, students, families, and the community to promote excellence in athletics while supporting the District's educational mission. The successful candidate will supervise and evaluate coaching staff, coordinate athletic schedules and events, manage departmental budgets, oversee athletic facilities and equipment, ensure compliance with PIAA and district regulations, and foster strong relationships with students, parents, and community partners. This position requires exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities during both daytime and evening hours. Qualified candidates should possess a strong background in athletics and coaching, demonstrated leadership experience, and a commitment to building a culture of sportsmanship, integrity, and student success.
