Campus Aide

Job Summary Safe Harbor is growing and expanding for the 26-27 academic year. We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Campus Aide to support the daily operations of our Christian hybrid homeschool environment. Campus Aides play a key role in supporting campus operations by assisting staff and teachers, helping maintain a safe and organized environment, and ensuring daily activities run smoothly. This role requires reliability, organization, flexibility, and a proactive approach to supporting both students and staff. Responsibilities Support teachers, staff, and overall campus operations Set up the campus for the school day Close the campus, including cleaning, organizing, and putting materials away, vacuuming, and taking out trash, in collaboration with other aides Monitor and supervise students during recess to ensure safety and Christ-like behavior Provide front desk coverage, including greeting visitors, answering the school phone, and supporting basic administrative needs Skills Experience working with children of varying ages Knowledge of behavior management techniques and conflict resolution strategies Ability to provide first aid and respond appropriately in emergency situations Strong communication skills for interacting with students, staff, and parents Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude toward improving campus operations

Pay:

$20.00 per hour
