Reporting to senior leadership, this role oversees a three-person admissions team and plays a critical part in shaping the future of the institution through thoughtful enrollment planning and student engagement. This is a hands-on opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a small-college environment where strategy and execution go hand in hand. This role will also be a contributor to overall enrollment goals. Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy Develop and execute a comprehensive enrollment management plan aligned with institutional goals Supervise, mentor, and support three admissions staff members Establish recruitment targets and monitor performance metrics Collaborate with marketing, academic leadership, finance and student services departments to meet admissions goals. Admissions Operations Oversee online admissions pipeline , managing prospects from lead inquiry through application and interviews to enrollment. Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory standards Manage CRM/admissions systems and reporting Analyze data to forecast enrollment trends and improve yield Student Experience Support a dynamic and ethical team culture that enables the team to meet its enrollment goals Promote a welcoming and inclusive admissions process

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
