- This leadership position is responsible for the strategic direction, operational oversight, and continuous improvement of professional coding, documentation auditing, compliance, and provider education programs across a large academic medical center.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelors Degree Required.Experience:
10+ years of previous coding experience, to include 5+ years of formal management experience required.Licensure:

Prior experience in a large, multi-specialty academic medical center or academic faculty practice plan strongly preferred. Experience with major EHR and coding platforms (e.g., Epic, 3M, Optum CAC) strongly preferred. Proven experience managing large teams, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships strongly preferred.PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally requires traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs. The pay range for this role is $100,835.00 - $201,669.00 annually. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.- Benefits
