DIRECTOR OF PARTNERSHIPS & ADMISSIONS

Zeta Commercial Driving School | Kansas City, MO | Hybrid (campus, field, and remote)

Compensation:

$68,000 base salary, $110,000 on-target earnings with a monthly performance bonus, plus mileage reimbursement and benefits Reports to: Executive Director

THE ROLE

You will own how students get to Zeta and how their training gets funded, from the first funder conversation to the student's first day. You will manage existing funding partners, find and develop new ones, and run the admissions process yourself. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Executive Director.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and grow relationships with public, nonprofit, community, and employer partners who fund and refer students
• Find and develop new funding sources, referral partners, and enrollment channels
• Run the admissions process from inquiry to first day, including eligibility, funding authorization, and scheduling
• Keep every funded student file audit-ready for funders, accreditors, and regulators
• Plan and represent Zeta at job fairs, community events, high schools, and campus open houses
• Report weekly on partner activity, pipeline, and file quality using our

CRM WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years in admissions, enrollment, or workforce partnerships at a non-Title IV school, training provider, or workforce organization
• Active relationships with funding and referral partners in the Kansas City area
• Hands-on experience with third-party and publicly funded training
• A record of opening new partner relationships, not just maintaining existing ones
• Comfort presenting to groups and running events
• A record of compliant, documented admissions practices
• A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

PREFERRED

• Background in CDL, transportation, skilled trades, veterans services, or reentry
• Experience with accreditation or state approval processes
