The pay range for this job begins at $35.90/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience. Remote Work/Work from Home This is an intermittent remote position, which means that the person hired will work with his or her manager to determine a schedule that includes both at home and on-site hours at a Children's Mercy location. The incumbent must live in the Kansas City metro area. Identifies and develops pediatric trauma and burn outreach opportunities within the hospital service area. Provides oversight of education requirements for pediatric trauma and burn program within hospital system. Participates in trauma and burn performance improvement and verification activities supporting education and outreach. Supports the verification and site visit process and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years experience registered nurse with previous trauma care experience One of the following: Licensed RN - MO, Registered Nurse Multistate License Missouri, Registered Nurse Multistate License Kansas, RN Compact license for all states besides KS and MO required upon hire One of the following: Licensed RN - Kansas, Registered Nurse Multistate License Kansas, Registered Nurse Multistate License Missouri, RN Compact license for all states besides KS and MO required upon hire Certified Trauma Nurse Trauma Nursing Core Course Instructor. Certification tracked by department leadership. Required 1 Year Advanced Burn Life Support Providers. Certification tracked by department leadership.
