Job Description

Philanthropy Coordinator Full Time, Monday through Friday with night and weekend event participation Hybrid Work Environment KenCrest is seeking a highly organized and mission-driven Philanthropy Coordinator to manage the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) Program and support the daily operations and fundraising activities of the Philanthropy team. This role provides essential administrative, and operational support for Annual Giving, donor stewardship, and special events and works closely with the Chief of Philanthropy and Director of Community Philanthropy to achieve departmental goals. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional interested in nonprofit fundraising, donor engagement, and advancing opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Essential Functions:
Manage and grow KenCrest's Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) Program by working with corporate and individual participants Coordinate execution of KenCrest's Annual Giving multi-channel solicitation program, including direct mail, email, and digital appeals Support planning and execution of special events and community fundraising initiatives Track departmental expenses, manage budgets, and support administrative operations Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and department logistics Assist with donor communications, acknowledgments, and stewardship activities Maintain accurate records and support reporting within KenCrest's donor database
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, highly preferred 2 - 4 years of experience in business and / or nonprofit fundraising, administration, or events Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM/database experience preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail Passion for KenCrest's mission IND123
Annual Pay:
$60,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
