Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree Four years of related experienceKnowledge of:
Logistics and risk management for education abroad programs Microsoft Office Professional or similar application Skilled in: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills including policy and creative writing, group presentation, and individual coaching and counseling skills Attention to detail while maintaining effective time and task management Organizing and delivering high-impact projects or programs, from concept to completion, that integrate creativity, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented approach Exercising self-initiative and strategic planning Ability to: Interact in a positive manner with diverse populations and varying education levels of students, faculty, staff, and the public Collaborate with faculty and stakeholders on campus and throughout the College community on projects impacting students Create a collegial, team-building work environment, motivating staff, and cultivating productive, collaborative relationships with all constituent groups Organize and prioritize multiple, competing priorities to maximize personal and team effectiveness Self-manage tasks and major-projects and improvement effortsLicenses, Registration, Certifications, or Special Requirements:
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed Regular physical attendance required Preferred, but not a must :Education and Experience:
Master's degree One year of experience in project management and program development Experience developing and overseeing study abroad programsKnowledge of:
Laws, regulations, and accreditation standards in international education Work Environment and Physical Demand- Frequency Reach and grasp objects.
