Position Purpose The Program Manager will manage a portfolio of faculty directed programs and be the primary point of contact for students, faculty, and partner institutions throughout the life cycle of a select number of programs. The role blends student services, operational logistics, and collaborative partnership management to ensure safe, enriching, and academically rigorous experiences for all participants. Required Qualifications Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in International Education, Higher Education Administration, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience managing study‑away, international exchange, or similar high‑visibility student‑service programs.

Proven track record coordinating faculty and external partners across cultural and institutional boundaries. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with diverse student populations, faculty, and international partners.

Excellent public speaking, presentation and writing skills are essential, along with managerial, organizational, and administrative skills; high level of selfsufficiency

Strong organizational and project‑management abilities; proficiency with workflow automation, and student management systems.

Analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting data and producing actionable recommendations.

Crisis‑management competence; calm, decisive response to emergencies.

• Must be able to balance competing priorities and manage work cycles that are tied to the academic calendar and include intense work times.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and student‑information platforms.

Experience with travel‑booking tools and budgeting software is a plus.

Ability to travel internationally for site visits, partner meetings, and program oversight. Desired Attributes

Working Conditions
