9/30/2026 11:59 PM Eastern Job Responsibilities Processes employment packages for new adjunct employees; orders transcripts for adjuncts; prepares employment contracts for adjunct faculty and dual employment; prepares monthly payroll certifications for adjunct faculty and work study students; maintains a current teaching roster for each semester for all full and part-time permanent and adjunct faculty. Works with the general public and students as a public relations liaison for the faculty and Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences; makes referrals to appropriate personnel, when necessary, by maintaining extensive knowledge of the functions of the College; enters course scheduling information in Banner. Composes, compiles, and keys a variety of documents such as tests, correspondence, memorandums, reports, charts, agendas, promotional materials, and minutes into final acceptable format; completes reprographic requests; makes independent decisions about completion and distribution of documents. Maintains and controls records management system (hardcopy and electronic) for course syllabi, book requests, department minutes, advisory committee rosters and minutes, accreditation reports, requisitions, correspondence, advisement appointment schedules, support requests, and task management system for the College of Arts and Sciences; sorts and distributes daily mail for the division. Coordinates departmental meetings, advisory committee meetings, accreditation meetings, and promotional events by making caterer arrangements, building/room reservations and room setup requests; processing purchase orders; travel arrangements, car reservations, and work orders. Serves on College committees Minimum and Additional Requirements A high school diploma. Related clerical experience may be substituted for a high school diploma
