Today Job Description The Registrar serves as the administrative hub of Dakota Alliance Soccer Club (DASC), ensuring the accurate registration, rostering, and eligibility of players, teams, coaches, and programs. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of registration through PlayMetrics, coordinating league and tournament registrations, maintaining player records, supporting communication efforts, monitoring volunteer requirements, and ensuring compliance with league and governing body requirements. The Registrar plays a critical role in delivering a seamless experience for players, families, coaches, and administrators while supporting the implementation of "The DASC Way." Job Requirements Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage processes, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Professional, responsive, and clear written communication Strong customer-service skills and a family-focused approach Ability to troubleshoot registration and administrative issues Proactive and solutions-oriented Works effectively with coaches, directors, staff, volunteers, and families Ability to manage accurate registration, rosters, player cards, and related records Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date website and registration information Ability to track volunteer programs and process volunteer deposit refunds Commitment to following league, tournament, and governing body requirements Ability to support club-wide projects and initiatives
