Department USD-College of Arts & Sciences Physical Location of Position (City) Vermillion Posting Text The University of South Dakota College of Arts and Sciences is looking for an Enrollment Advisor to assist in the College's efforts to engage students in majors that the College offers future Coyotes. This position is a key member of the Dean's leadership team with a focus on growing enrollment for the College of Arts & Sciences.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate campus visit events for the College of Arts & Sciences including individual visits and class schedules, which allow for prospective Coyotes to engage with our top-notch programs and faculty. Collaborate with department chairs, faculty, and staff on processes and best practices related to recruitment of future Coyotes. Manage the college's recruitment funnel to ensure that admitted students receive necessary attention and information that reinforces why the college is a great place to pursue their educational goals Work with key regional high school teachers to design an engagement strategy related to majors in the College of Arts & Sciences. Expand current communication plans for majors with potential for growth. Manage a team of current students in various engagement activities. Work in partnership with the Office of Admissions to ensure that this position is an expansion of the current strategies and not a duplication of processes. Limited travel required, but willingness to attend events off campus if needed for the growth in enrollment.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is required. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to communicate effectively with prospective students, families, educators, and campus stakeholders.

Experience in higher education recruitment, admissions, enrollment management, or student affairs.
