Assists Campus Ministries with hiring of Community Life and Worship (CLW)/Chapel student workers; maintains student workers' schedule for CLW/Chapel events and office assistance; processes CLW/Chapel workers' records/timesheets; assists the Campus Ministries staff in supervision of student workers at CLW/Chapel events; regularly serves as a mission team leader (Fall, Spring, or Summer).Summary Description:
This position provides ministry leadership in the office of Campus Ministries and assists the Director and Associate Director of Campus Ministries in its mission under the Office of Church Relations and Campus Ministries.Essential Functions:

Must have a strong pastoral calling to young adults. Must articulate a vision for involving the entire campus community in Campus Ministries. Must share the Gospel as a lifestyle and have a desire to inspire and lead our campus community to grow in Gospel faithfulness. Must have a demonstrated ability to communicate with and minister to college-aged students. Should have a vision to engage with all C-N students, not just those on campus. Especially providing leadership to female students as well as the entire campus community. Perceives this position as an opportunity to minister to students, faculty, staff, campus guests and local community. Maintains confidentiality as a professional staff team member. Serves as a facilitator in monitoring the CLW program and CLW/Chapel events. Daily Campus Ministries Office efforts. Maintains departmental files, records, and CLW attendance tracking. Manages the CLW class in Canvas. Communicates with students about their CLW requirements and/or deficiencies. Serves as departmental editor for the CLW/Chapel Calendar. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.Experience:
At least one year of experience in a similar position is preferred.Required Skills:
Spoken and written English should be grammatically correct; must be aware of proper business etiquette; competent computer skills working with Microsoft Word, Publisher, Excel, Outlook, and Canvas; considerate customer service with college students, faculty, staff, alumni, as well as others who frequent the office, including campus guests, clients, donors, volunteers, and the community at large; ability to use standard office equipment; do filing, editing, and bulk mailing; and take minutes at meetings.Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. Must be able to access and navigate campus facilities.
